1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all orders placed before 23:59 the very next day, unless otherwise stated. The same applies to deliveries in Belgium.
2. What are the shipping costs?
At GS Goods, we don’t charge any shipping fees. All orders include free delivery.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days without giving a reason, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods, including iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later through Klarna.
