At GS Goods, we strive to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. However, should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order according to the terms below.

1. Return conditions

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
  • The 30-day return period starts the day after you receive the product.
  • The product must be returned unused, in original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Some products are excluded from returns (e.g. hygiene items, personalized products or products with a short shelf life).

2. How do I return my product?

To return your product, follow the steps below:

  2. Return instructions received: You will receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
  3. Package the product: Make sure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
  4. Return shipping: Ship the product to the return address provided. Always keep your shipping receipt.

3. Return charges.

  • Within the Netherlands and Belgium: The cost of returning your order is for your own account. We recommend to check your return amount with DHL or Post NL.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund via the original payment method:

  • You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
  • If you return the entire order, you will also receive a refund for any original shipping costs.
